Will Franco

Will grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he attended Doherty Memorial High School and competed in both football and baseball. He went on to study Kinesiology at UMass Amherst, playing club baseball before graduating in 2015. Will then earned his Master’s in Exercise and Sport Science from Merrimack College in 2016, serving as a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach for all varsity sports.

His professional career began at the College of the Holy Cross (2016–2017), followed by four years at the University of Maryland (2017–2021) working primarily with field hockey and baseball. In 2021, he joined the Baltimore Orioles organization as Strength and Conditioning Coach for their High-A affiliate.

Currently, Will serves as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for baseball and softball at Boston College.

Over the course of his career, he has trained more than 15 MLB Draft picks, multiple Big 10 and ACC first team selections and has worked with 3 USA Field Hockey Olympians.

Will currently resides in Boston, MA.

Pete Franco

Pete grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts, and attended Doherty Memorial High School, where he played football and helped lead the team to a State Championship in 2013 as the starting middle linebacker. He went on to attend Bridgewater State University, earning a degree in Physical Education while continuing his football career, and graduated in 2018.

Pete then earned his master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Merrimack College in 2019, serving as a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach for all varsity sports. Following graduate school, he gained diverse coaching experience with several collegiate programs. At Villanova University, he worked with water polo and cheerleading while also assisting with the football and lacrosse programs. He then moved to Temple University, where he trained athletes in volleyball, rowing, and cross country. Pete also worked as a personal trainer at Equinox before joining Northeastern University, where he worked with field hockey and track & field, helping the track program win multiple Big East Championships.

Today, Pete serves as a firefighter for the Worcester Fire Department while continuing to train athletes and clients on the side.

Pete currently resides in Worcester, MA.
